To more fully answer Elizabeth's question:

I shall build this.

And these shall serve me.

(can you guess their names?)

Ray, Laura and Jamie.

Or maybe Elf, Helper and Sly.

You, are WAY off.

Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.

Now I'm going to have the Chipmunks stuck in my head all day long. Sheesh.

Lock, Shock and Barrel?

(Is that a lightsaber? If so, I now have a crush on your robot, which is really weird.)

I think it's Emily, Grace and Brandie.

Cool Castle. Remember when we were younger, you talked about living in a castle and wearing a cape as your coat? not like a superman cape, but like the old school ones.

Yeah, that was neat.

I also remember that you were going to get on Conan. Now, my almost published best selling author brother, you have no choice but to do that. :)

You better get me free tickets.

You've got to be kidding. You guys are kidding, right? You've all gotten together and decided to torture me by pretending to not know what the robots are supposed to be, even thought it is abundantly clear... well I'm not falling for it.

I won't say their names. Even thought the voices in my head are telling me to scream them from the highest tower in the castle.

(forgive my typos - I wasn't wearing my glasses)

Larry, Darryl and Darryl?
*huge grin!*

Well they're obviously chess pieces (tho I've never seen a knight with a light sabre - guess he's allowed since he's a robot), but I've never named a chess set ...
hmmm. Pope Boy (ok, technically he's a bishop, but it sounded cooler), Rath and Obiwan.

Dude, don't act like their names aren't Ray, Spengler, and Venkman.

Linnie, Tuck, and Ming Ming too? :) Nice castle. Too much Wonder Pets in this house. Happy Thanksgiving.

Is that O'Brien's Tower in Ireland? Curious...

As far as the three dudes. Manny, Mo & Jack?

Really really good suggestions. You guys are funny, you know that, right?

Unfortunately, I wasn't actually going for that level of clever. I was just gonna call them Bishop, Rook, and Knight.

Anyhow, thanks for playing, and know that I love you one and all (except for Blackbird whom I feel merely a begrudging manly approval towards)

Ray Veen said...

Wow, KM, it is O'Brien's tower. Amazing. My plan is to build a replica, only, I don't have a massive cliff to place it on.

HUH?
Wow.
Ok crystal now BPV.

You want to live in a castle, but why? What is your affinity with it?
Got a picture for that?

Ray Veen said...

I don't have a picture of a complete dork. Sorry. I just want to live in a castle and lay around and have robots bring me beer. I mean, who doesn't?

bunnyjo georg said...

Oh, I see. We were supposed to look at the pictures and figure out what they looked like and what you might call them. Dang, too simple for me. ;)

Going to the house warming tonight? If so, see ya there, if not, you're a square. I want drinks.

SORRY FOR THE LATE COMMENT (I'VE BEEN HELPING VEEFLOWER RECOVER) -- I WAS THINKING THEY MIGHT BE NAMED HUEY, DUEY, AND LOUIE (GUESS I'M SHOWING MY AGE AND GENERATION). OF COURSE, IF YOU'VE SEEN THE BRUCE DURN FILM "SILENT RUNNING" YOU MIGHT SEE WHY I'D THINK OF ROBOTS WITH THOSE NAMES. (BG)

Elizabeth said...

Oh I don't think your a dork.
I think it's very gothic of you.
Would your castle be modern or vintage? I'm thinking modern with the robots. And those guys don't have names to me. Just R1, R2 etc.
I find castles dark and mysterious with all the hidden passages.
Anyway thanks for answering my questions!

excuse my typos pls
no excuses but this bottle of cider sitting beside me

Good question, Elizabeth. The interior would be a slick combination of vintage and futuristic. Think 'James-Bond-evil-madman-lair'. Except I'm really not all that evil.

I don't think.

So if I show up at your castle, am I going to disappear into some hidden door ala Mysteries of Udolpho?

Ray Veen said...

You might, rabbit, you might.
