The kids must be devastated. You guys were so good to take her when she needed a home, and I am sure those kids kept her feeling lively and loved. I didn't want to get too close to her because I have had my heart broken so many times by losing pets. But her eyes were so sweet, she really touched my heart and I always sent her a silent thanks for being such a good companion for you all. I will miss her, too. I hope she is chasing rabbits somewhere over the rainbow.
